The SIIC Grant Scheme 2026 aims to support young people who are not in employment, education or training, by improving their skills, resilience and employability through education and training.  People not in employment, education or training are referred to as NEETs.

The SIIC Grant Scheme 2026 has been donated by our Shropshire Investors in Community, creating a £20,000 flow-through fund.  Funding will be distributed as small grants between £1,000 and £5,000 to voluntary and community organisations working to address challenges which unemployed young people face in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin.  The grant scheme is designed to support innovative projects, services, and initiatives which offer education and training to improve the skills, resilience and employability of their beneficiaries.
