Shropshire Community Foundation is seeking a skilled, experienced and dynamic CEO who has the passion and energy to lead our recently  established charity. The CEO will be responsible for delivering the strategic plan, building community partnerships, and ensuring the Foundation’s sustainability and impact in the community across the county.

• Hours: 24 hours per week.
• Contract: Permanent.
• Salary: Circa £40-£45,000 per annum (pro-rata).
• Pension: 5% contributory pension (if eligible).
• Holidays: 20 days per annum in addition to public holidays (pro-rata).
• Probationary Period: 6 months.
• Other: Due to the nature of this role you will need a full UK driving
  licence, access to a car and ability to travel across
  Shropshire for meetings and events.
